About the Position
We are seeking individuals with experience facilitating various
junior programs to join the City of Bayswater's Community
Facilities team.
As a Junior Programs Officer you will deliver high quality, safe
and enjoyable junior programs, including gymnastics, term-based
clinics and various School Holiday programs.
Other duties include.
Deliver high quality programming that maximises customer
satisfaction and safety.
Provide a high level of customer service consistent with
the City's Customer Service Charter.
Responsible for the operations and safe delivery of junior
programs, meeting key performance requirements as detailed in
service plans.
Respond to incidents and emergency situations within site
procedures, training and capacity.
Exercise duty of care and work in a safe and efficient
manner, having regard for your own safety and that of other
workers and the public.
Work effectively in a team environment and assist others to
achieve service unit goals.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and
operations.

You will hold a current Working with Children's Check.
Drivers Licence, First Aid and a Coaching Qualification are
desirable.
