Based at either our Botany (Syd) or Scoresby (Melb) office, you will play a key role in our overall operations – from pre-production, resourcing through to on-site delivery and pack-down.What You'll Be Doing:Overseeing all operational activities across the organisation.Lead a high-performing operations team across multiple locations, fostering a unified collaborative culture.Collaborating with account and project managers, technical, warehouse, and crewing teams to ensure smooth project delivery on a range of technical equipment requirementsWorking with Senior Leadership to align operational processes with company goals.Supporting the development, implementation, and communication of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures,
