Registered Nurse – Part-Time Leave Cover
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our friendly team on a part-time basis to cover approximately 6 weeks of leave, with the potential for the position to be extended.

Employment: Part-time
Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Potential: Opportunity to extend beyond the initial leave-cover period
Location: Alexander Heights Family Practice
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with our GPs and practice team to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Patient assessments and clinical care
Immunisations and vaccinations
Chronic disease management
Health assessments and care plans
Wound care
Assisting GPs with procedures
Health promotion and patient education
Patient recalls and follow-up
Maintaining accurate clinical records
General treatment room duties
About You
We are looking for an RN who is:
Registered with AHPRA
Experienced in general practice nursing (preferred)
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Professional, friendly and compassionate




Well organised, reliable and adaptable
Committed to providing high-quality patient-centred care
Able to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
