ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission medical imaging equipment, primarily general X-ray, OPG, DEXA and Mammography systems, at hospitals, radiology clinics, and healthcare facilities, ensuring all systems meet manufacturer and clinical specifications.Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and corrective repairs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electronic, electrical, mechanical, and software faults using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical documentation.Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the secure and effective operation of medical imaging equipment.Calibration & Testing: Perform equipment calibration, quality assurance testing, and performance verification in accordance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records,



and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.Customer Training: Deliver operator training to customers and end users on equipment operation, routine care, and best practices.Field Service: Travel to customer sites to install, service, and repair equipment while delivering a high standard of customer service and technical support.Preferred QualificationsQualification in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.At least two years of experience servicing medical equipment.Experience with general X-ray, OPG, DEXA, or other diagnostic imaging equipment is an advantage.Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Willingness to continuously travel for on-site service work.Must have the legal right to work in Australia.Valid driver's license.
