We are looking for a Showroom Manager to head up our Geelong Showroom.
The successful applicant will lead an experienced team who are focused on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a plan to ensure the achievement of monthly sales and profit targets
Ensure showroom presentation levels that reflect Lounge lovers' standards
Ensure a full complement of trained and engaged team members
Provide leadership which reflects our brand values
Create an environment that results in a team focused on delighting the customer
Maintain the highest levels of health and safety for all store stakeholders
Ensure the accuracy of all administrational processes
Personally deliver a great sales experience for our Sunshine Coast customers
About you
Previous management/leadership experience
Ideally within furniture or fashion homeware
