TAKE YOUR CNC SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVELArchitectural Hardwood Joinery is looking for a highly motivated, experienced 5-Axis CNC Operator to join our team.
We manufacture high-end custom timber windows, doors and architectural joinery, and we're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, wants to improve their skills and is motivated to be a key part of the business.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for the operation of our 5-axis CNC, producing precision timber components to a high architectural standard.
Your role will include:
Operating a 5-axis Biesse CNC
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings
Tooling changes, machine setup and maintenance
Machining timber components
Quality checking your own work
Working closely with the production team to keep jobs running efficiently
Identifying ways to improve CNC processes, accuracy and productivity
What We're Looking ForWe want someone who wants to be good at what they do.
You'll be:
Experienced in 5-axis CNC operation, ideally within timber manufacturing or joinery
Experienced working with solid timber
Technically minded and confident solving problems
Able to read drawings and work accurately to tight tolerances




Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
Reliable, organised and committed to getting the job done properly
Someone who takes pride in producing quality work
Keen to learn, improve and take on more responsibility
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Trade qualifications in Joinery, Cabinet Making, Carpentry or similar are highly regarded.
