For this Inclusion Support role, you must
Have a strong understanding of inclusive practice and a genuine belief that every child has the right to participate, belong and experience success
Be confident in developing trusting, responsive relationships with children who may communicate, regulate, engage or learn in different ways
Have experience supporting children with emotional regulation, sensory needs, communication differences and social participation
Be confident using visual supports, predictable routines, sensory strategies, co-regulation and alternative communication approaches where appropriate
About You:
An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current WA Working with Children's Check
Current WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
