We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused ICT & Digital Communications Officer to join our team.
You will play a key role in delivering reliable ICT support while contributing to digital transformation initiatives, technology projects and the organisation's digital communications.

About the Role
As the ICT & Digital Communications Officer, you will provide day to day ICT support across the organisation while helping maintain secure and reliable technology systems.
You will also coordinate ICT projects, support digital innovation initiatives and manage the organisation's website and digital communications.
Working closely with employees, managers and external ICT providers, you will help ensure technology enables our teams to deliver the highest standard of care and service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and mobile device issues across the organisation.
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user accounts, software licences and core ICT systems.
Coordinate ICT onboarding and offboarding, manage ICT assets and equipment,



and maintain accurate ICT documentation.
Support cybersecurity, backup and business continuity activities while working closely with external ICT service providers.
Coordinate ICT projects, system upgrades, software implementations and digital transformation initiatives that improve organisational efficiency.
Manage and maintain the organisation's website, ensuring content is accurate, current and aligned with organisational branding.
Develop engaging digital communications, including social media content, newsletters, promotional materials and recruitment campaigns.
Build strong relationships across the organisation, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
About You
You are a proactive and solutions focused ICT professional who enjoys working with people and technology.
You thrive in a varied role, can manage multiple priorities and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to organisational improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Website administration and digital content management experience.
Experience supporting ICT infrastructure and ICT projects.
Strong customer service focus ad ability to manage multiple priorities.




Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The following will be highly regarded:
Experience within aged care, healthcare or another regulated industry.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or the Power Platform.
Experience supporting cyber security initiatives and working with managed ICT service providers.
