Sales Executive
and play a key role in growing our Meetings, Events, Catering and Group Accommodation business.
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
Identify and secure new group, conference, meeting and catering opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, BEOs and invoices.
Conduct skilled site inspections and client entertainment activities.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Manage event details from enquiry through to completion.
Communicate event requirements and updates across relevant departments.
Monitor group functions to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Utilise strong negotiation and sales skills to convert opportunities and maximise revenue.
Maintain accurate records within sales and event management systems.
Support the hotel's service strategy and act as a brand ambassador for Courtyard by Marriott.




About You
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel sales, events, catering or conference sales.
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Hospitality studies highly regarded.
