with the benefit of being home every night and enjoying weekends with your family.What you'll be doing * Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs * Diagnose faults across a range of mobile plant and equipment * Maintain and repair equipment including articulated trucks, dozers, excavators, graders, wheel loaders and ancillary plant * Complete field service work using a fully equipped service vehicle * Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety and compliance standards * Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team environmentYour skills and experience * Trade qualified Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic * 5+ years post-trade experience working on civil construction equipment * Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and troubleshooting capability (including electrical systems) * Experience across both workshop and field service environments * Proven experience maintaining CAT or similar mobile plant equipment * Strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid C Class driver's licence (HR desirable) * Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of the role * Strong alignment with our values: Care, Integrity, ExcellenceReady to build something better?
