Our Atherton team is looking for a strategic & passionate individual to join our Strategic Assets department as a full-time permanent Asset Management Officer - Precincts.
This position, under the direction of the Manager, and in conjunction with the SAAM, will undertake system development, and promote a systematic framework for the collection, retention, analysis and reporting for TRC's assets, with particular focus on facilities and open space owned by TRC.
A key component of this role requires active promotion and education to support change management at both the corporate and operational levels aimed at making asset management a 'business as usual' activity.

Base salary package from $98,****** per annum ($3,****** per fortnight)
