About the Role
Operate shotcrete spraying equipment underground to install ground support systems, ensuring mine development and production areas remain safe, secure,



and compliant with operational and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Operate underground shotcrete spraying equipment safely and efficiently
Apply shotcrete to specified thickness and quality standards in accordance with ground support designs
Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
Monitor shotcrete quality, mix consistency, and application rates
Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture
