Talent Register for Information Release and Litigation Management Positions
This talent register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for fixed term, full time and part-time opportunities up to twelve (12) months for a range of key positions across the Information Release and Litigation Management Branch.

About our Team
The Information Release and Litigation Management Branch is responsible for:
The delivery of a range of central information release functions under relevant legislation including under the Freedom of Information Act ****, National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Act ****; Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act **** and other authorised mechanisms.
Coordinating responses to the Department's legal cases, in consultation with the State Solicitor's Office, law firms and the Insurance Commission of WA.
This includes public liability claims, class actions, applications for judicial review, coronial inquests, youth custodial complaints matters and other court actions.

The Talent Register is an online portal that allows you to register your interest for temporary fixed term opportunities (up to a twelve-month contract) with the Information Release and Litigation Management Branch.
The register is actively monitored, and applicants may be contacted if an opportunity arises suiting their skills and experience for the above or other similar positions.
