collaborative team that knows how to work hard and have a little fun along the way - come say hello.What You'll Be Doing:Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients each dayActing as the first point of contact, confidently answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding patients through their care journeyMaking outbound follow-up calls to check in on patients, assist with next steps, and ensure continuity of careBooking appointments, handling enquiries, and managing sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalismSupporting patients from sign-up through to prescription, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experienceResponding to emails quickly, with the same warmth and clarity as on the phoneAssisting nurses and doctors by gathering patient information and actioning requests across systemsWorking in collaboration with our partner pharmacies to ensure fast support for all prescription enquiriesCollaborating closely with the Patient Care team to deliver a seamless experienceYou are:A confident and capable communicator who enjoys being on the phone all dayExperienced in a high-volume call setting (or highly motivated to learn quickly)Friendly, positive, and naturally empathetic - you make people feel at ease within secondsResilient and adaptable, able to handle a range of conversations from routine to complexHighly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detailComfortable using multiple systems while speaking on the phoneA natural problem-solver who anticipates patient needsInterested in healthcare (experience is a bonus, not a must)A seriously supportive, good-humoured team who've got your back.Regular industry education.Flexibility: part office, part home.That feel-good buzz from genuinely helping people every single day.To Apply:Please email the following to by COB Friday, 15 May:
