About the role
An organised, customer-focused Sales Administrator role perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things moving — from the first phone call through to delivery — and who enjoys building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Flexible hours are offered to work around school pick-ups and drop-offs, with the ability to start a little later, finish in time for the school run, or work around the holidays.
Key responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with enquiries
Prepare accurate quotes using our SAP ERP system
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM
Follow up on outstanding quotes to help convert sales
Send, respond to, and manage email correspondence in a timely manner
Track orders through the production process to ensure timelines are met
Liaise with customers regarding delivery dates and order particulars
Provide general administrative support to the sales team
About you
Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or similar admin role
Experience with SAP (or a similar ERP system) is highly regarded
Confident using CRM software, with robust attention to detail
Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through on tasks
A proactive, can-do attitude and comfortable liaising with both customers and internal teams
Reliable and able to commit to agreed hours
