Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Provide a complete shopping experience by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Provide product information, demonstrate features, and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure products are stocked and displayed effectively.
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
Actively participate in product trainings.
Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
About You:
Experience working in a quick-paced retail environment
Proven ability to consult and educate customers
Experience in selling cosmetics, skin care and perfumes is highly desirable
Team & customer focused
Success in working to KPI's and targets
A professional and vibrant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
Must hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one
Merchandising and counter management experience is valuable
Beauty related certifications is a plus
