Emergency and Critical Care Nurses (ECC) (Part time & Casual Opportunities)
As an Emergency and Critical Care nurse at ARH Brisbane, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care within our emergency department.
Working closely with our ECC veterinarians and specialists, you'll be hands‐on and deeply involved in providing advanced nursing support to a diverse range of emergency cases.
You'll be mentored by ECC Team Leader Tailah and Nursing Manager Jenna and welcomed into a close‐knit team that prides itself on exceptional patient care, collaboration and fun banter!

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with a minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a busy general practice or experience in a referral (specialist hospital) or emergency setting




Availability to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster
A friendly, easy‐going nature, capable of working both independently and as part of a team
A robust work ethic, efficiency, and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated experience delivering high‐quality patient care under busy conditions
Proficiency in anaesthetic monitoring and nursing critical and ventilated patients advantageous
Familiarity with RX Works, Smartflow, and Idexx blood machines advantageous
