Job Title: FT/PT Occupational Therapist - Community NDIS/ WFH - Perth, WA Salary: Upto $130K (based on experience)+ Travel Allowance + Monthly Bonus Location: Perth
About the Role: Our client is looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to work alongside their multidisciplinary team in the NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or clinics.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments Sensory Assessments Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments
Home Modifications Assessments (including complex)



Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments Environmental Risk Assessments
