We are pleased to announce a new opening for an experienced Bookkeeper / Administration person to join our energetic team.
Selection Criteria:
Be proficient in at least one of the following software programs - MYOB, Xero or QBO
Confident knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Payroll experience and knowledge
A cooperative approach to teamwork and office procedures
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to show attention to detail with grammar, both written and oral
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Have strong personal values with a friendly and welcoming nature
Professional presentation
Willingness to learn
Bookkeeping Duties will include but not limited to:
Invoicing / Accounts Receivable and Reconciliations
Payroll processing and other payroll matters
Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
Use of legislative portals such as ATO
Client specific logistics and administration support
Assisting with client queries
Administration support to Director and Accountants
This is a full time position.
