We are now seeking expressions of interest from dedicated, compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our Support at Home Team.
This is a rewarding prospect to support elderly clients to remain independent, safe, and connected within their own homes and communities.
About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in the community.
You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life through meaningful support and genuine connection.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Providing domestic support such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Supporting clients to attend appointments and remain socially engaged
Delivering emotional support and companionship
Observing and reporting changes in client needs
Working independently across multiple client visits in the community
About You
You are a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting older people.




You thrive working independently while maintaining strong communication with your team.
We are looking for:
A genuine passion for aged care and supporting others
A compassionate, respectful, and client-focused approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work autonomously
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a community setting
Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current full Australian Driver's Licence
and reliable vehicle, with
full comprehensive insurance
Current National Police Check or NDIS Check
COVID-19 and flu vaccination (desirable)
First Aid & CPR (desirable)
