What You'll Do
As part of the IT team, you'll learn valuable skills while supporting staff across the business.
Your day could include:
Being the first point of contact for IT support and Help Desk enquiries
Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and mobile devices
Assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
Supporting Wi-Fi, printers and connectivity across the business
Helping roll out new software and technology upgrades
Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions
Monitoring systems and reporting any issues
Working alongside experienced IT professionals on projects and daily operations
Learning how business technology systems work in a real-world workplace

You don't need years of experience.
We're looking for motivated school leavers who:
Have recently completed, or are completing, their HSC
Have an interest in technology and computers

Communicate well and enjoy helping others
Can manage their time and work effectively in a team
Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality
Hold a Driver's Licence (or working towards)
