Job Description

Rembrandt Living is looking for a Clinical Rostering Officer to join our team in Adelaide.
In this important role, you'll work closely with our clinical team to coordinate and schedule visits for Physiotherapists (PT), Allied Health Assistants (AHA) Occupational Therapists (OT) and Nurses, ensuring the right person is in the right place at the right time to support our clients.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll need to be confident managing competing priorities, responding to last-minute changes and making decisions with a high level of accuracy.
You'll have good training, mentoring and on-site daily support available, while also having the autonomy to take ownership of your workload, prioritise effectively and keep things moving when circumstances change.
About the role
The Clinical Rostering Officer is responsible for planning and implementing clinical rosters in conjunction with the individual needs of clients.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our clinical services are delivered efficiently, reliably and with a strong focus on the people we support.
Working closely with Care Partners, clinicians, and other internal teams, you will:
Coordinate and maintain rosters for PT, AHA, OT and Nursing services
Allocate visits based on staff skills, qualifications, availability and client preferences
Ensure services and visits are appropriately matched to client needs
Respond quickly and accurately to unplanned changes, cancellations and staffing requirements
Work proactively to ensure all scheduled visits are appropriately covered
Support Care Partners with individualised scheduling and staff allocation
Maintain accurate scheduling, attendance and workforce records
Manage inbound and outbound communication with staff, clients and internal teams
Respond to enquiries professionally and courteously by phone, email and in person
Provide administrative and clerical support to the clinical team
Build positive working relationships across the organisation and with clients, staff and service providers
Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries

Previous rostering, scheduling, administration, health, aged care or community services experience will be highly regarded
