We are looking for a Chef with personality to join our small team at Lot Twenty.
We are a small bar (capacity 150) with a big personality, and food is an key part of what we do.
Alongside our à la carte offering and functions, we run popular masterclasses where the food is part of the experience:
Cocktails & Charcuterie ️ Spicy Margaritas & Tacos Espresso Martinis & Tiramisu? Rosé or Reds & Dumplings? Dumpling Rolling Mulled Wine & Roast
We are also changing things up at the venue, opening the frontage and growing our lunch and early evening food offering.
What we are looking for:




• Minimum 3 years' industry experience• Relevant chef qualifications• Someone who can work independently and take ownership• Someone who enjoys being part of a team• Someone happy working hospitality hours, including weekends• And most importantly... personality +
You will initially be working solo in our open kitchen, with customers sitting right alongside you, so this is definitely nota hide in the back kind of kitchen.
Wednesday | Friday | Saturday | SundayFull-time, long-term position.
Perth based.
