We are seeking skilled and experienced casual Installers to join our team.
As an installer your primary responsibility will be to install various fixtures, fittings, and equipment in retail and commercial spaces.
You will work closely with project managers, and other team members to ensure that all installations are completed according to specifications and timelines.
Responsibilities
Install and assemble fixtures, fittings and equipment as per design plans and project requirements
Guide and direct team on site of tasks on hand
Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and take accurate measurements
Prepare work areas by clearing obstacles and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Coordinate with project managers and team members to schedule installations and ensure smooth workflow
Use hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and effectively
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process




Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure proper care of tools and equipment
Being able to travel to both metropolitan and regional stores (travel allowance when applicable)
Requirements
Previous experience in fit out installations or similar roles
Minimum 1-2 years of fit out installation experience required
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
Own your own set of hand and power tools
Availability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace
Excellent problem - solving skills and attention to detail
Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Must have Australian work rights
