Let's get straight to the details...
In this key senior leadership role, you will guide service planning and oversee the assessment, planning and funding of evidence-based, person-centred treatment, care, and support in line with the Lifetime Support Scheme Rules.
You will provide leadership across governance, workload management, projects and other initiatives, and complex participant matters while supporting the managers reporting to you.
Collaborating closely with other leaders across the organisation, you will lead and contribute to the continuous improvement of the LSA Service Delivery Model.
You will also provide expert advice to the Executive, lead service improvement initiatives and ensure the consistent application of best-practice service planning across the participant journey.
You will have a leadership style that is collaborative, strategic and people-focused, which will enable you to build high-performing teams, foster capability, and maintain valued relationships with participants, families, service providers, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

The experience we are looking for...
To be successful in our position you will have:
Extensive experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, including coaching, mentoring, workforce development, building culture, and succession planning.




Significant experience working with people with disability and a strong understanding of the needs of people with serious injury and disability.
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred case management and evidence-based service planning models.
Experience influencing senior leaders and providing strategic advice at executive level.
For an
AHP5
, a relevant degree, or equivalent qualification, which entitles registration as an allied health professional, e.g. physiotherapist, occupational therapist, psychologist, social worker, speech pathologist, developmental educator, etc.
For a
SM/SS1
, a relevant degree, or equivalent qualification, in personal injury management, health service management, claims management, allied health, health administration, vocational counselling, nursing, etc.

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) delivers the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) which funds necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support for people who sustain serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident on South Australian roads, regardless of fault.

Remuneration:
AHP5 ($137,075- $149,922) SM/SS1 ($144,421) + Superannuation
