About the Role
Driveline Services Australia
is seeking a motivated
Spare Parts and Service Coordinator
to join our branch in
Dubbo
in a newly created role with immediate start available.
In this role, you will play an integral part in our daily operations, supporting customers, workshop operations and warehouse activities.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone mechanically minded, organised and great with people.
Key Responsibilities
You'll provide frontline customer service while supporting sales, workshop scheduling and warehouse functions.
Daily tasks include:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Providing product, technical and general support
Processing payments, credits, warranties and returns
Coordinating stock: ordering, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
Maintaining accurate stock control and assisting with stock takes
Preparing service/repair documentation and communicating job progress
Supporting workshop job flow and invoicing completed work
Upholding safety, cleanliness and company standards across all areas
About You
Mechanical aptitude; experience with driveshafts, diffs, gearboxes or suspension is a bonus
Ability to interpret technical information and part numbers




Solid customer service skills and clear communication
Solid admin skills, including Microsoft Office
High attention to detail, organised and self‐motivated
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Fit for both office and warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting
Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
Forklift licence (advantageous)
Full Australian work rights
