Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Executive Director, System-wide
Workforce Services.
This is a Fixed Term Full
Time appointment for 5 years, with the possibility of
extension(s).
As a member of
the Health Supports Services (HSS) Executive team, you will be
responsible for:
Leading and managing the
System-wide Workforce Services Business Unit which includes
transactional services including the HSS Contact Centre,
Payroll and human resources (HR) administration;
Building and leveraging
partnerships and strategic alliances with key stakeholders to
develop services and achieve desired outcomes;
Contributing to the
strategic direction and management of the organisation, and
drives efficiency and transformation across HSS;
Driving culture change
and strategy within the State-wide Workforce Services business
unit, and across HSS, acting as a leadership role model;
and
Overseeing the HSS
NurseWest function which provides a State-wide, centrally
coordinated service for the recruitment and deployment of
temporary nursing staff to all Health Services Providers
(HSPs), including the management of a State-wide contractual
arrangement with private sector nursing agencies.
