What your role at Qube will look like:
Plan the daily transport function of specific clients and major accounts
Prepare, check and lodge entries accurately in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with internal teams to service joint accounts
Ensure smooth and productive flow of work relating to jobs, follow policy and meet KPI
Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure sound ongoing business relationships are maintained
Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube clients updated with progress on transportation issues
Ensure clients remain updated with reference to the imposition of additional costs
Timely response to issues raised by major clients with courtesy at all times
What you can bring to Qube:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;




Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Sound computer knowledge, including Excel, and able to pick up current computer systems quickly
Customer Service experience
Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and general health
