About the Role
Are you a passionate, energetic and caring Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with Autism and their families?
Join our Therapist Talent Pool and be considered for future opportunities across our growing Therapy Team.
We offer full time and part-time opportunities across our hubs in East Fremantle, Joondalup, Midland and Shenton Park, depending on upcoming vacancies and your area of expertise.
As part of our collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll work alongside experienced clinicians and have access to comprehensive training, clinical supervision and opportunities to develop your skills and explore areas of clinical interest.
In this role, you will:
Deliver individualised, person-centred therapy: Provide evidence-informed assessment, intervention and support tailored to the strengths, goals and needs of each individual and their family.
Work collaboratively with families and communities: Partner with parents, carers, schools and other key stakeholders to support participation, inclusion and meaningful outcomes across home, school and community settings.
Be part of a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate and learn from a knowledgeable and supportive team, with regular team meetings, clinical supervision, joint sessions and opportunities to share knowledge across disciplines.
Enjoy variety in your day: Provide a combination of hub-based therapy and community visits, with opportunities to work across different ages, presentations and areas of clinical practice.
Grow your clinical passion:
Develop your skills and explore specialist pathways across areas relevant to your discipline, including communication, AAC, mealtimes, social communication, emotional regulation, sensory processing, independence, assessment and diagnostic services.
Lead and contribute to group programs: Develop and facilitate group-based programs that support communication, social participation, play, regulation, independence and relationships.
Do more of what you love: Be supported by a dedicated operations team with scheduling, funding, billing and administrative support, allowing you to focus on your clinical work.
Make a difference in the community: Participate in community events, projects and partnerships that promote inclusion and meaningful participation for people with Autism.
