About You
You'll thrive with us if you have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved/willing to work towards)
A valid Working with Children Check
Confidence and understanding of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and best practice in early childhood
A passion for building authentic, meaningful connections with children and families
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A First Aid Certificate — or you're happy to get one
