Invision Psychology is a cooperative, client centred psychology practice providing high quality clinical services across Central Queensland and via telehealth.
We support clients of all ages including - children, adolescents, adults, and families - through evidence based therapy, comprehensive psychological assessments, and NDIS-related services.
We are experiencing strong and continued growth, with a well established waitlist for both assessments and therapy, allowing clinicians to step into a consistent and well supported caseload from the outset.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Clinical Psychologist, Registrar, or fully registered Psychologist to join our expanding team in a primarily assessment focused role.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy structured clinical work, including assessment, interpretation, and report writing.
The position focuses on delivering high quality diagnostic and functional assessments across the lifespan.
While the primary focus of this role is assessment work, there is also the opportunity to provide therapy to clients from our existing waitlist, depending on your interest and preferred caseload mix.

Key areas of assessment include:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Cognitive assessments




Functional capacity assessments
Specific Learning Disorder assessments
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychometric assessments
Interpret assessment data and develop clear clinical formulations
Prepare detailed, high-quality reports for clients, families, schools, GPs, and other stakeholders
Provide feedback sessions to clients and families
Deliver therapy services (optional, based on clinician preference)
Deliver telehealth services where appropriate to support accessibility
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Selection Criteria
Qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist essential, with a Masters degree preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in psychological assessment and report writing
Strong understanding of neuro developmental presentations, including ADHD, ASD, intellectual disability and specific learning disorders across the lifespan
Ability to complete a functional capacity assessment for NDIS purposes (highly desired)
Experience working in settings involving childhood development and disability (preferred)
Strong diagnostic, analytical, and report-writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
