They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from $20M–$200M.
Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team and work on one of their apartment/mixed use projects ranging from $******M.
This is a site-based Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor role working closely with an experienced Project Manager, offering excellent exposure and strong career development.

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar Proven Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveying experience with a commercial builder
Experience on commercial projects $20M+
Solid commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Employment history with commercial construction builders
Open to UK/Irish QS candidates on a working holiday visa.
