Perth
Perth College is looking for an experienced Administrator Junior School to join our vibrant learning community.
This is a permanent part time position with an immediate start, working 0.66 FTE during term time, plus three additional weeks per year.
The position is worked across five mornings per week, Monday to Friday, ideally five hours per day between *********am and ***********pm, to support the Junior School's daily relief requirements.
The Administrator – Junior School plays an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Junior School (Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6).
Working closely with the Director of Junior School and Junior School Leadership Team, you will coordinate daily staffing requirements, including organising relief staff to cover absences and minimise disruption to learning and teaching.
You will also provide confidential administrative support to the Junior School Leadership Team and middle leaders, assisting with key processes and activities across the School Year and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
Whilst previous School administration experience would be advantageous, it is not essential, and training and support will be provided.

You are a highly organised administration professional who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.
You have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask, organise and prioritise a diverse workload.
You bring a positive, proactive and flexible mindset, are comfortable working autonomously and are willing to adapt to changing priorities and work outside your comfort zone when required.
You have:
Qualifications in Business Administration,
or equivalent
At least four years' administration experience within a medium to large organisation
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with database management
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
National Police Clearance issued within the last six months
