The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Administrator to join our Maintenance Team based in Perth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Maintenance Officer, this role is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Maintenance Department.
You will work closely with maintenance leadership to ensure the efficient coordination of reporting, documentation, compliance, travel logistics, meetings and departmental administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing site access requirements for maintenance personnel, ensuring all inductions, compliance documentation and client requirements are completed prior to mobilisation.
Coordinating maintenance department meetings, agendas and minutes.
Managing travel,



accommodation and hire vehicle bookings.
Managing departmental reporting and supporting maintenance systems and dashboards.
Supporting the Chief Maintenance Officer with executive-level administrative tasks.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a senior administration, executive assistant or maintenance administration role.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
A professional and confidential approach to sensitive information.
