is currently building our workforce pool for upcoming
shutdown, rostered and ongoing mining & engineering opportunities
across Western Australia.
We work in partnership with mining and contracting companies to provide experienced, site-ready personnel across
FIFO and DIDO operations
.
Current Workforce Requirements
We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced:
Section 26 Supervisors – 8/6 Rosters
Mechanical Fitters – Shutdowns & Rostered Work
Boilermakers / Pipefitters – Shutdowns & Rosters
Riggers – Shutdowns
Crane Operators – Shutdowns
Painters & Blasters – Rosters & Shutdowns
Belt Splicers – Level 2 & Level 3
Key Requirements
Depending on the role, candidates will generally require:
Australian-recognised trade qualification, where applicable
Confined Space
Working at Heights
White Card
Relevant heavy industry, mining or similar experience
Current competencies, tickets and licences relevant to the position




Ability to meet site-specific medical, induction and drug & alcohol screening requirements where applicable
Pay Rates
Typical rates range from
$50 – $90 per hour
, depending on the client, role, site, experience and location.
Rates are generally paid on a
flat hourly basis
, with specific conditions confirmed prior to mobilisation.
