The Role We're seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our High Wycombe workshop.
This is a full time, Monday-Friday day-shift position with overall responsibility for workshop operations, asset performance, and team leadership.
Reporting into the Maintenance Services Manager, you will oversee Workshop Supervisors and their teams, ensuring all maintenance, and repair activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
This is a leadership role that blends people leadership, operational performance, and process improvement, with a strong focus on safety, productivity, and asset reliability.
