Ingot Hotel is looking for experienced Food and Beverage super stars to join our team!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM OUR TEAM:
Excellent customer service skills-always ensuring guests have an experience that exceeds their expectations
Able to maintain a fast-paced environment and handle working under pressure
Ability to multitask
Sound knowledge of current food and beverage trends
Have exceptional grooming, communication and interpersonal skills
Be a team player; we want an all-rounder who is happy to assist where needed
Be reliable, enthusiastic and punctual
Be available to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette, serving all food and beverage in a professional manner and to the required standards




Ensure that the quality and presentation of beverages is always served at a consistently high standard
REQUIREMENTS
-Previous bar experience/cocktail making skills
is preferred
-Previous Food & Beverage experience is
an essential requirement of this role
-Current national police clearance
an essential requirement of this role
-Valid RSA Certificate is
an essential requirement of this role
