Under new Australian ownership, we're returning to our roots of making great desserts, just the way people remember.
Join the team that knows how to have its cake and make it too.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Afternoon Shift Maintenance Team at Lisarow, NSW.
In this role, you'll be right in the thick of it — driving preventative maintenance, keeping critical manufacturing equipment running at peak performance, and ensuring the site hits maximum uptime day after day.
You'll bring a proven track record of delivering results through teamwork, coaching, and leading from the front.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume FMCG environment, so you'll need to think on your feet, respond quickly to breakdowns, and juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Key Duties Include:
Take ownership for protected, efficient planning and execution of all maintenance work in MEX each shift.
Lead by example, with a hands on approach.
Ensure product quality and system compliance across all maintenance activities.
Build a high-performing team culture — coach, support,

and hold your team accountable to plant programs and standards.
Partner closely with Operations each shift to ensure production targets are met.
Identify and drive cost savings, improvements and innovation across the plant.
Work alongside the Maintenance Planner, Operations Leaders, Contractors, and R&D; teams.
Deliver hands-on maintenance: preventative maintenance, fitting & machining, general welding, troubleshooting, RCA, repairs and breakdown support.
Provide shift coverage when required.
About You
Proactive and passionate about continuous improvement.
Australian trade qualified – Mechanical, Fitter/Turner (or equivalent).
Experience in manufacturing (FMCG experience highly valued).
TIG or purge welding skills (advantageous but not essential).
Strong fault-finding and root cause analysis capability.
A champion for safety and safe work practices.
A collaborative team player who works well across departments.
Keen to learn, develop, and help grow the capability of those around you.
What's in it for you?
Tool and other relevant allowances
An additional day off each year
Product handouts & generous discounts
Employee referral rewards
Service awards and recognition
Subsidised meals
And yes... plenty of cake.
