With an emerging residential land portfolio set to grow significantly over the next few years, they are seeking a high-calibre Sales Manager to oversee sales operations.
With a land bank comprising thousands of lots and new projects coming to market in various locations around Perth, it is an opportune time to join the business and help ensure success through this critical and exciting phase.
General tasks will include day-to-day management of the existing sales consultant and admin staff, as well as recruitment and training of new staff as needed.
You will manage ongoing implementation and improvement of systems, policies and procedures to ensure best practice outcomes continue, as well as stakeholder engagement and reporting duties in line with this level of position.
You will be a proven leader in the property sales space, someone who is passionate about achieving outcomes and helping the broader team meet their targets.




You will bring a wealth of property knowledge that allows you to lead by example and be someone that the team can respect and buy into.
Along with experience in a similar role, ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification and/or a Triennial Real Estate Licence (although not required, it is highly desirable).
You will be a natural communicator with the balance of IQ and EQ needed for such a position.
An established network across the new home building industry is essential, as is the ability to utilise your network and skills to help generate sales leads for the team to action together with advanced CRM capability.
You will have the ability to advise on lot pricing and provide market feedback and insights to inform the development team.

You will conduct yourself well in a corporate environment and be someone who can represent the business effectively in the public eye at various stakeholder and community events.
