Food & Beverage Attendant - Gaming
We're seeking people who enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and genuinely care about delivering great customer service.

For our Gaming Attendant positions, a current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certification is essential.
What You'll DoDepending on your role, you will:
Deliver professional, friendly and high-quality customer service to members and guests
Provide food and beverage service across the Bistro, Sports Bar, gaming room and functions
Take orders, process payments and ensure service areas are maintained to a high standard
Support gaming room operations and provide a welcoming experience for gaming patrons
Maintain a clean, safe and presentable venue
Follow responsible service, gaming, health and safety requirements
Work closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Assist with venue set-up, pack-down and general operational duties




Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere across The Junction
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, gaming or customer service
The ability to work confidently in a quick-paced environment
A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional attitude and presentation
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
For Gaming Attendant roles: a current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certification
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
