Key Responsibilities:
Assist with subcontractor audits and internal system audits
Administer client defect audit processes and monitor compliance trends
Support the maintenance of external accreditations (Quality, Environmental, Information Security, Safety & Asset Management)
Ensure audit reports and compliance documentation are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate subcontractor documentation and ensure 100% compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within compliance systems
Escalate non-compliance issues as required
Maintain and update compliance databases and systems
Ensure accurate data entry, record keeping and reporting




Assist in promoting a safe and healthy workplace
Support WHS documentation and awareness initiatives
Provide administrative assistance with Return-to-Work coordination
Contribute to monthly reporting
Assist with gathering documentation for tenders and client meetings
Provide team support, including leave coverage and onboarding assistance
Support ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
Experience
in an administrative role (ideally in compliance or safety)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Business Administration desirable; Safety or Audit training advantageous)
