About the RoleAs a Production Operator, you will be trained and working across a range of duties involved in packing high‐quality flour and grain products.
You will play a key role in maintaining efficient packing operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring product quality meets customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring packing equipment
Packing and preparing finished product for dispatch
Forklift operation, including loading and unloading trucks
Checking product quality and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards




Working as part of a supportive production team
About YouWe are looking for candidates who are reliable and eager to learn.
Must be willing to work in a shift-based production environment, including afternoon and/or night shifts.
You will ideally bring:
Experience in manufacturing, food processing or similar environment (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Are reliable, punctual, and safety‐focused
Are comfortable with physical work
A current forklift license
Ability to work independently when required
What will set you apartExperience in flour milling, food manufacturing or similar process industries
Previous experience working in a shift-based production environment
