As Head Chef you will play an integral role, leading the Sous Chef and kitchen team.
You must have a genuine passion for presenting quality food and be able to supervise a team to deliver that same level of quality and consistency.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in a la carte and functions
Ability to communicate effectively with a team, both kitchen and front of house
Commitment to hygiene, food safety and work health & safety
Ability to work to a budget and control wage and food expenses
Must be available to work across a 7-day roster
