Your Time to Shine
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director is responsible for the provision of a high level of advice and administrative support to Executive.
What You'll Bring
Significant experience providing high-level operational and administrative support at Senior Executive level, including managing urgent information, competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and digital capability, including sourcing, analysing and collating data, using compliance frameworks, MS Office Suite and records management systems.
Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships, liaise and negotiate at senior levels, and contribute to continuous improvement aligned to strategic goals.
Experience within an education or training organisation is preferred.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
