About the Role
We are seeking a professional and motivated Security Guard to join our team in a Level 2 Security Officer position.
As a representative of AG Security Group, you will play a key role in upholding our reputation as a leader in the security industry and delivering high-quality service to our valued clients.
This site operates on a 24/7 basis, with 12-hour shifts available across both day and night rosters, Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities of the Role
Liaising and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, employees and members of the public
Confirming eligibility of persons entering the site as per client and policies
Use appropriate methods of communication (e.g., radio, phone, logbooks) to report incidents and issues.
Monitor and operate CCTV cameras & associated equipment
Use computer systems, including Email, Word and Excel, as required
Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with fellow Team Members
Compliant with Health and Safety requirements, identifying and reporting all hazards and risks,



then responding proactively
Conduct regular foot patrols
Following AG Security Group's policies and procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety requirements
Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights, and weekends, in line with the 24/7 operational nature of our organisation.
Applicants must demonstrate that they possess the following:
Current South Australian Security Licence
Current South Australian Driver's Licence
Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID****
Current Working with Children Check
Completion of a National Police Check will be required as part of the onboarding process.
