We are seeking an experienced, full-time Property Manager to join our team and oversee a dedicated portfolio of rental properties.About the RoleReporting to the Director, the Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leasing and management of a rental property portfolio on behalf of our property owners.
You will ensure high standards of service for both landlords and tenants while maintaining strict compliance with South Australian tenancy legislation.Key ResponsibilitiesAccept and list rental properties, conduct property inspections, and advise prospective tenants on property features and lease termsCatalogue and prepare property details for lease, including organizing and placing advertising for vacant propertiesAssess prospective tenants' requirements and match them to suitable available propertiesCollect and manage rental monies from tenants, remitting funds to property owners on an agreed scheduleMonitor tenancy compliance and address any breaches of lease terms and conditions,
