THE ROLE
As the Brine Supply Supervisor, you will report directly to the Upstream Operations Superintendent on a 2/2 lifestyle roster and play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of brine to meet operational demands.
You will lead a team of Operations Technicians, Electricians and Mechanical Technicians, ensuring the integrity, performance and optimisation of all brine supply infrastructure.
This role is central to maintaining compliance, supporting production targets and driving continuous improvement across the brine supply network.
What you'll be accountable for:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient and high‐quality brine supply operations
Oversee the performance, integrity and optimisation of all brine supply infrastructure, including bores, pumps and pipelines
Coordinate daily, weekly and long‐term operational activities in line with work management plans
Troubleshoot equipment faults and operational issues, escalating where required to maintain system reliability
Ensure statutory compliance under the Work Health and Safety Act **** and Mines Regulations ****
Prepare and deliver accurate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and maintain records in INX and Pronto
Manage contractor activities, training, competency and performance across the brine supply team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, cost control and process optimisation
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced, hands‐on leader with solid frontline leadership experience in mining or related industries, thriving in remote environments and confident in making sound decisions under pressure.
What you'll bring to the team:
You will be coming into the role with a minimum of five years' experience in mining or related industries, supported by a strong background in frontline supervision, team development and safe, reliable operational performance across heavy industrial environments
Strong understanding of water extraction, brine transfer systems, borefield operations and associated infrastructure
Solid knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act **** and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations ****
Competence in hazard identification, risk assessment,
incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Intermediate computer literacy, including Office 365, Pronto and INX
Current WA C‐Class driver's license and White Card
Section 26 qualified (L4 RM & DMIRS Mining Law examination)
