Myndshift Group is building a talent pool of experienced All Round Operators for gold and hard rock projects across Western Australia, with an immediate opportunity available at the King of the Hill Mine Project.
Starting on a casual, labour hire basis, these roles offer a genuine pathway to longer-term and permanent opportunities as new projects come online.

Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a leading mining contractor delivering secure and productive operations at the King of the Hill Mine Project.
We are currently seeking experienced All Round Operators to join our labour hire pool, with immediate placement available on site.
About the Role This is a excellent opportunity for experienced All Round Operators to work across a range of production and ancillary equipment on site, while positioning yourself for future gold and hard rock opportunities across WA as our client base grows.
You'll work a 2/1 or 2/2 roster rotating across day and night shift, with FIFO from Perth and camp and meals provided.

CAT D10 & Komatsu 375 Grader: CAT 16M Key Responsibilities Operate heavy production and ancillary equipment safely and efficiently across site Complete daily pre-start checks and report any hazards or defects promptly Follow site plans, instructions and traffic management requirements Maintain a tidy work area and support safe, respectful interactions across all teams Contribute positively to a people-first site culture Support and share knowledge with teammates to help build a strong crew What's on Offer $***** - $***** per hour (based on experience) Available for an Immediate Start Casual engagement 2/1 or 2/2 roster, rotating day and night shift Salary Sacrifice options for flights to Perth Camp and meals provided What We're Looking For Proven experience operating similar heavy production and ancillary equipment A safety-first mindset and strong personal accountability on site A positive, team-oriented attitude that fits well within an established crew Australian Work Rights and Driver's Licence Current Pre-employment Medical & National Police Clearance Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen Relevant RII competencies & training transcripts Interested in making your next career move?
