Reporting directly to the Construction Manager / Site Manager, you will play a hands-on role in driving site performance, managing people, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site, leading a small team and coordinating subcontractors to keep the project moving efficiently.
This role suits someone confident on site, decisive, and comfortable stepping in to take control when required.
Key Responsibilities
Drive daily site activities, including staff and subcontractors




Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure program and milestones are met
Monitor progress against the construction program and proactively address delays
Step in, take control, and resolve on-site issues as they arise
Lead and manage a small on-site team
Ensure works are completed to quality standards and comply with safety requirements
Maintain clear communication with the Construction Manager and wider project team
About You
Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams on site
Confident managing subcontractors and holding them accountable to program
Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a hands-on approach
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
