About us:
Medical/Surgical Ward 1 at Gladstone Hospital is a 31-bed inpatient service caring for a diverse mix of patients across medical, surgical, sub-acute, rehabilitation and palliative care.
The team is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care, with ongoing research and proven clinical standards helping to continually improve patient outcomes and the care experience.
About the role:
Deliver advanced nursing care across a diverse patient mix, including surgical, medical, orthopaedic and sub-acute patients.
Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing safe, evidence-based care within your ENAS scope of practice.
Use advanced clinical skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care.
Communicate and collaborate effectively, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
Keep growing professionally, demonstrating initiative to build your skills from novice through to advanced practice.
About you:
Hold current EN registration with NMBA/AHPRA.
Communicate confidently and build strong relationships with patients,



families and healthcare professionals.
Contribute to continuous improvement, helping strengthen how care is delivered.
Prioritise quality, safety and risk, understanding their importance in a busy healthcare workplace.
Take a proactive approach to patient care, recognising and responding to patient needs within the inpatient setting.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $99,978 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
